Gold Package

I will help you navigate the process of getting your service animal to and from your destination(s).  This is a “Do It Yourself” package.  I will provide you the exact forms required for all travel components, and you will need to fill them out, have your vet fill out their specific sections, have your service pet treated on a timeline I will provide, and you will then file them with the appropriate parties by the necessary timelines required

  • This offering includes all of the forms needed for safe and seamless travel for your custom trip (via email or shipped in the mail directly to you)
  • Your particular cruise line requirements
  • Your airline requirements
  • Your rental car or transportation requirements
  • Hotels or rental property requirements
  • Independent country requirements
  • Explanation of country specific fees
  • All required veterinary treatments, lab work, and documentation

Fees start at $1500.00 USD and are dependent upon the complexity of your travel itinerary.

Platinum Package

With this package, I will do as much legwork as possible for you and your service animal to ensure a seamless vacation together.  I will fill out the specific forms required for all travel components. Once completed, all you will need to do is sign the forms.  After signing, I will turn in all forms within the required timeframe and will provide you with hard and soft copies of all forms.  (If you are local to me, for an additional fee I can transport your service pet to and from appointments.)

  • Will provide all of the Gold Services above AND
  • Will provide you a tailored list of requirements/treatments needed by your vet
  • Will provide you a timeline as to when each item must be completed
  • Will follow up with you consistently to ensure timelines are met (but ultimately it is your responsibility to take your pet to your local vet for treatments and form completion)
  • Will assist you by filling out all of the required paperwork for you to sign once everything is completed
  • You will send me the signed and completed documents and I will turn them in on time to their appropriate parties

Fees start at $3500.00 USD and are based on the complexity of your travel.
